Most of the adjectives associated with motels have a negative connotation. Run-down. Trashy. Outdated. While that may be true for some, that’s not the case for Rosebud Motels. Rosebud consists of newly renovated properties across the U.S. which provide safety and comfort to all travelers, whether it’s for a few nights or if you’re just passing through.

Communications Strategy

Rosebud Motels wants to promote itself as a different brand of motel to our target audience.

The best way to expand to our target market is to use trendy social media platforms, such as TikTok and Instagram, and magazine advertisements. These fun, eye catching advertisements would use geo-targeting to reach audiences in the small-town's state and surrounding areas.

The Big Idea

Each Rosebud Motel is influenced by the town surrounding it. Therefore, each stay is unique to the city it resides in, but the quality of Rosebud Motels is consistent throughout.

Each ad will showcase a different small-town, giving a sneak peak at one of the many experiences you can have while staying at a Rosebud Motel.
